Luca, a recent intern and senior at Quinnipiac University, spent his summer connecting with residents, shadowing the sales team, and discovering the many ways a luxury senior community promotes an active lifestyle. This hands-on involvement allowed Luca to experience a community setting renowned for its high-quality amenities and for fostering an active lifestyle among residents, creating an optimal setting for an emerging professional to acquire practical real estate industry skills.
A Dynamic Summer Spent Discovering the Heart of Senior Living
Designed for immersion, the B2K internship experience gives participants meaningful, hands-on roles that contribute directly to the team. Luca became an integral part of the team, assisting with property tours and sales, interacting daily with residents, and contributing to the overall success of the office. He emphasized the importance of communication and relationship-building, stating, “I learned how to connect with residents and families, listen to what really mattered to them, and tailor my approach to match their lifestyle and needs.”
