This year’s survey results reflected the strength of that culture:

• 85% of team members said they feel good about the ways the organization contributes to the greater community.
• 85% said, “I make a difference here.”
• 85% expressed pride in what the organization accomplishes.
• Most notably, 81% of employees surveyed said it is a great place to work, significantly higher than the 57% average reported at a typical U.S.-based company.

 

The survey responses also highlighted recurring theemes, such as residents, teamwork, family, diversity, discipline, and compassion — values that align closely with the mission and culture shared across B2K’s senior living portfolio.
